D.C. Estrada provided e-discovery consulting to Michigan-based attorneys in a lawsuit against a global healthcare company. We helped draft initial discovery requests and interrogatories and interpreted technical responses. Our technical expertise allowed our clients to compel further discovery, forcing opposing counsel into a settlement.
We managed the e-discovery process in litigation against a major national retailer, helping to secure multiple sanctions against the opposing party. Our team helped formulate legal arguments based on the handling of electronic evidence, and we crafted a data search methodology to support the collection of nearly 10 Terabytes of data.
We've also provided detailed e-discovery training to a number of small and mid-sized law firms. As part of the comprehensive e-discovery roundtables we've led, our team recommends processes to properly counsel corporate clients and prepare them for e-discovery.
